Thailand has 7 submarine cable landing points, with key landings in Songkhla, Satun, Sriracha, Chumphon, Koh Samui, Phetchaburi, and Rayong, connecting the country to both the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. Major cables include Asia Africa Europe-1 (AAE-1), Asia Pacific Gateway (APG), SeaMeWe-4, Southeast Asia-Japan Cable 2 (SJC2), and the Thailand-Indonesia-Singapore (TIS) system, among others. With an isolation index of 10 out of 100, Thailand maintains relatively resilient routing diversity across its cable infrastructure.
