In addition to Nador in Morocco, the system connects Algeria, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, and Italy. The Medusa system forms a wide Mediterranean ring, reaching eastward through the Eastern Mediterranean and northward into Southern and Western Europe, with Nador serving as the Moroccan terminus of this extended network.

Asilah, Casablanca, and Tétouan each host two cables, while Nador and Dakhla each host one.
